ย  ย  ย  Remember that scene from Final Destination 3 with the logging truck on the highway? It makes no sense, right?ย  The films take place in New York & Pennsylvania, neither city is really known for their logging operations given they're both large & dense metropolitan areas and not forests and yet, AND YET, here we have a logging truck, packed to the absolute gills with massive, freshly cut logs. I have a theory that Final Destination films are secretly funded by OSHA to scare people into taking workplace safety more seriously. The logs on that truck were so big they had to have come from an old growth forest, of which there are none near either of those cities so it's a glaring plot hole the film never addresses.

ย  ย  ย  Also, did they have a permit to log those trees? Old growth forests are highly regulated, and even more so in 2006 when the film was released so what the heck is going on, James Wong, director of the film? I'm not surprised at the obviously shoddy filmmaking here given that James would go on to direct Dragonball Evolution, a film that ranks as one of the worst rated films in cinema history & unsurprisingly the last film James is credited with directing, ever. C'mon James, get it together!
